Account Information: In compliance with COPPA and other applicable laws, students under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian register for an account on their behalf. Students aged 13 and older may register directly. In all cases, subscription payments and billing are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Payment Information: When you subscribe, our third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) collect your payment information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Communications: If you contact us for support or inquiries, we may receive additional information such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Newsletter Signup: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and grade level.
b) Information We Collect Automatically
Usage Data: We collect information about how you and your student interact with our Service. This includes course progress, lesson engagement, quiz performance, and activity in our Question Bank.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and analyze our Service. Cookies help us recognize users, remember preferences (like login sessions), and understand usage trends.

4. Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for students aged 13 and older to register directly, and for younger students under the supervision of parents/guardians.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
